while i was writing my question all of the above about PST wasn't clear to me...sorry folks

i dont know whether it's me or whether i got the times wrong or what but it's around 4 in the morning and i'm not being let on. it says that there is no activity and no ping but i'm positive my internet connection is working and at maximum efficiency. is this just the update or are the servers down?
