I do not think you are dumb, I didn't figure it out either, maybe we both are dumb, or maybe not. When i finally had voted, I got an error message, seems my vote didnt go though. I hope the rest of you are able to vote. Good luck :-)

The new base system means that more laid back players, players who have a busy life outside of pwi will not be able to contribute much if at all, to faction base. Players who do not have the best gear, players who maybe for some reason do not even attempt to reach end game or very high lvl gear, are not able to contribute…

The factions I have known have usually had a "faction bank." It was only an alt, made by faction leader, to hold some money an some goods for faction. There is no fee to join a faction, unless the faction leader has decided there should be, I haven't joined any faction like that myself, and never heard of one who practises…

If you indeed have a way to make up for missed days, ok. I won't be complaining b:pleased

Point taken b:pleased I did submit a ticket, was surprised at how fast and easy that system is. So ok, if they read the tickets and act upon them, system seems to work well. Still have the question "Maybe they already know and are working on it. Where would they leave us a message to let us know?"
