The Verdant glyph doesn't generate Chi because it instead generates 5 Hit Charges.

We've tested this skill internally, and can confirm that it DOES have a 100% chance to stun. One important point though is that the trade-off for the guaranteed stun chance is a sharp reduction in the stun time; with a level 1 glyph, the stun only lasts for half a second (which is enough to interrupt a skill, but would be…

This has been fixed in the Chinese version and will be implemented in our next content update. To head off any speculation, though, I do not currently have any information on when that will be released.

This glyph is not supposed to generate Chi (the trade-off for instantly gaining all 5 Hit Charges). We will correct the tooltip in a future patch.

This was an intended change that applies to all versions of the skill, not just the highest upgrade levels. The tooltip will be clarified in the next patch.

If you obtain more Distract Arrows and move the existing arrows into the new stack, they will all function up to Level 17.
