This new cape and new helm is about 50% cheaper than the NW cape and helm (a very very good deal if u ask me). The damage from Blade tornado is soul force based, not to mention its physical damage, so if u got high pdef BT wont do much to u. There's like 3-5 high refined BMs on LC (Kage, Zay, some in CT). So its not really easy to take out a high refine mage (of which there are LOTS). But this goes back to what Azura was saying.…
