it was happening on only one of my characters... Solved the problem now... Using the described instructions SEVERAL times... and there is one more thing that may help somebody in the near future.. for me it worked to press the fly button in the msec that i was signed in so i could change my position flying.. Tried everything that was described there and it still doesn't work... Tried force-logging, reseting all the settings as described, tried holding the letter W... and nothing.... Maybe it'll help if a GM would somehow reset my position?

actually I have a problem too.. I don't know, whether it's a bug or I just can't fix it, but here's the thing. Before I was able to switch between shortcut bars pressing TAB, now I have to press V.
