when does open beta end and does that mean there wont be a server wipe?

I would be a panda or wolf barbarian because if i was a panda ill be cute:p but if i was a wolf i would cool and that I'm able to transform into a tiger with senses different from humans like being able to see in the dark if I'm not mistaken.
