lol, no, it's just like World of Warcraft. Online all the time. You can kill each other outside the city (depending on the server you join and your lvl) and help each other on quests. :D

I had a ground race with someone to try it out and there was no diff. She didnt have the upgrade and ran the same speed (same race, elf)

I finally got someone to show me where to get some. We killed Ogre Blossoms and Emerald Qingfu (lvl1) but it took forever to get any. (outside of Etherblade)

Same problem buddy. I've read all the bugs and seems to me a lot of people are experiencing it also. I'm asking around to see if there has been a solution. I will let you know if I find one.
