AFAIK, you would need the entire set of PWI operating programs, some 10GB of data. I suppose you could try with just the patcher folder, and see if it will DL the rest, but I doubt it. My advice would be to download ARC, then use it to DL PWI. After you have PWI on your HD, you can just bypass ARC and never start it…
