Its good as it is, every class have their dissadvanteges and if arches could do always the same, full damage, then other classess would lose their chances to kill them.

Its somewhat ridiculous, venomancers shouldnt even be fighting in pvp, just debuff other ppl, that should be their role in it, which is really important.
