It's the launcher, it is not any of our computers. This has been an issue for over a week now with no one from ARC addressing it. Please fix your game! I lost events last night and my dailies because of lack of a launcher.

Thank you for the input, however, the points have not updated in over a week even though it tells me xp has gone to my demon book. The numbers have not changed...I only need 3.6 mil to have enough points for a level but bh after bh with the system telling me the points are being added to my book and no change.

Anyone have any ideas? I sent in a support ticket but they were not hopeful and suggested that I post here.

It didn't work for me either. had to ctrl/alt/delete and end the arc process. Then I went to http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/pwi and clicked on games, found PWI, and hit play. It asked me if I wanted to install the ARC client, I then was able to repair the launcher from there. I hope this helps you.

I will double check with Celestial Elder. I thought the tabs gave the quests to the other party members so that it was more worth their time to help out. Thanks for all the replys!

The lower level is not trying to get fb 59 tabs. However, your answer makes more sense than any I have so far received. The level 66 though should still be able to get the fb59 tabs. One character is currently 53 and has received all tabs for each dungeon as she completes culti and obtains quests.
