Demon Book Sleeping and doesn't update

My character is RB1, I have been putting the experience into the demon book since my character hit level 101. However, the demon is now sleeping and not updating any points. I have needed 3.6 million points to update book for over a week now.

I turned off the book and exp is updating for the mobs and quests that I am doing. But when I turned the demon book back on, it doesn't update. The points listed in the book are in red text.

All the points from doing daily BH and base quests for at least the past week are somewhere in limbo.

In talking to one of my faction mates, she is experiencing the same issue on her character.

I am on the Sanctuary server

    Anyone have any ideas? I sent in a support ticket but they were not hopeful and suggested that I post here.

    If your demon book is sleeping, you need to hit the summon button below it. If the demon book has a button below it saying "sleeping", it is not in fact sleeping, but active, and your XP should be going to the book.

    The XP in red text means you do not have enough demon book XP to edit your past life.

    Thank you for the input, however, the points have not updated in over a week even though it tells me xp has gone to my demon book. The numbers have not changed...I only need 3.6 mil to have enough points for a level but bh after bh with the system telling me the points are being added to my book and no change.

    My friend has the same issue - she has had her demon book activated, but not experience gets stored in it.

    She has tried updating her ticket about it multiple times but apparently no good results, sigh.

    such sorry service, they know good and well we(the playerbase) can not fix server problems.
