Impossible? maybe.. the time stamp on my char the 2nd time they tried and failed on 1/21 was 10:59E (7:59 server time).. correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that is after maint. ;)

I don't think it is being "settled for" really.. Sparkie said if anyone is still having a problem to let customer services know about it right away. Send in a new ticket. It's possible that an alt on the same account was logged in at the time of the "fix" and therefor did not allow for access to that account by the devs…

The Faction list won't show any time stamp change since 01/08/15. The time stamp change for this GM log on (I'm calling it that) shows only in a friends list, check on an alt, or ask a friend to check your name on their list to see if the time stamp is more recent than 1/8/15.
