Go to the City of 1000 streams, go to the aerogear forge, and it will tell you. It was 80 wind widgets for me to upgrade Nakir's Judgement from 2.0 to 2.5 so I'm guessing its the same or near it for Daedalus.

With html, there could be a link in the faction slogan to the forums, and it could open up your external browser for you. That way, it won't put any strain on the PW servers and affect other players.
