Agree.

What about the 2nd part of Asterelle's post : Scholarly challenge is suppose to give a box and a crystal for each correct answer. We're only getting the box. Is somebody looking into this? And if so, is there an ETA?
-
You're right. Quest list full. Thanks. :)

Sorry to hear this. You might want to contact YeIIowFox via PM instead of the forums to find out which GM helped her out in the end. She may be reluctant to post on the forums. I don't think you should give up, but try to stay civil. It took her over a month to finally get her item replaced, so you just have to be…
-
Thank you. Saves me the time to reply to you.
-
Not explicitly, but implicitly you did in your mocking tone : I only need to quote your own words to show the type of person you are.
-
I did not have an issue with those other posts you made, hence I did not reply to them. My issue was with this post specifically : I was saying that just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it hasn't happened to the OP. Also, the OP lost his R9 gear and saying "Makes me wonder maybe the op only has 10k rep or…
-
Yeah, I'm sure this was meant to be helpful : The OP lost his R9 gear and your way of helping is by saying "Makes me wonder maybe the op only has 10k rep or something LOL"
-
While I agree with you that they should have fixed the problem to begin with, my reply to Erghan was due to his insensitivity. I don't like it when mean spirited people rub salt in others wounds. There are lots of people like that on the forums and I know he's just one of the many. But it just struck a chord with me.
-
No, let me break down for you what really happened : OP says: omg i lost my gear and PWI threatened me with ban! Erghan says : And mightymoose says : Just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it hasn't happened to the OP. And Erghan has been trying to repaint the picture to justify himself ever since.
-
No it's more like finding someone on the ground bleeding and saying "Hey it never happened to me before, it must be something you did."
-
That's like going up to a victim of a violent crime and saying "I've never been attacked here before, hmm maybe its something you did." And then defending your actions when being called out by saying "And notice I'm not saying it didn't happen." Sorry, but that's just rubbing salt in people's wounds no matter how you try…

Like I said, your never being told you'll get banned for continuing to submit tickets doesn't mean beans. There's more than one customer rep in the company and not all respond the same way. Look at this very thread and you'll see how different people respond differently. Something you still don't seem to get. That's like…
-
Not sure if this would help you, but I found the link where another poster had trouble getting something fixed and was told nothing could be done about it. If you look towards the end of the thread, she did get it resolved. I don't know the details of how that came about, but you could try contacting her to find out.…

He also posted : Besides that, its not for us to judge whether he has sufficient proof since we can't look into his account anyways. That aside, my point still stands. Just because something hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it hasn't happened to others. Getting really tired of the "how come this never happens to me?"…
-
I know we can't help him. That's why I didn't reply to him. I was responding to someone else who said that he never experienced any ban threat and try to imply it has any relevance in the matter.
-
I think what he meant was that he got a warning from the the customer rep that he will have action taken on his account if he persisted to create tickets on the matter. And he interpreted this "action" to be a ban threat. That's how I interpreted what he said. I think the other poster also described the same thing.
-
What are you talking about? I said another poster from a month back, not this one. LOL. She got the wrong rank ring and the thread lasted around a month or so (I think she made 2 threads).
-
Just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it hasn't happened to the OP. There was another poster who made a thread about getting the wrong rank ring (just last month) and getting the finger from support. She apparently persisted and got threatened with a ban for harassment just like the OP. I think she eventualy…

You were doing ok until you got to this point and let your racial bigotry ruin your post. PWE is an American company in much the same way as Toyotal US is an American company or Toyota Canada is a Canadian company.
-
Well I personally don't think they're doing that badly. My main concern is a lack of communication. And they prob need to increase their staff. But for the most part, I'm a pretty happy camper. Not to diminish bad experiences others have had, but I actually think PWE is one of the better NA game publishers out there based…
-
LOL, I don't know whether you guys are pretending not to understand in order to argue or if you really have difficulty understanding what you read. But I never had an issue with things being on-topic or off-topic in the first place. It was YOU who brought it up. My original point to laiwaisan was simply that the issue of…
-
Umm no, it would be Toyota US headquarters (assuming you're in the US). If they also give you the finger, I doubt you'll get a better response from Japan. But go ahead and waste your time if you wish.
-
Just because a couple people went off topic doesn't mean the thread is not about event gold. So no you're not on-topic. Plus even if its about proper care for the clients, this would be a regional issue. If you bought a car from Toyota and got crappy customer service, do you complain to the regional office or to Japan?…
-
This isn't a thread about game mechanics. Its about event gold. Things like this are usually handled regionally. When Sparkie says he was asked to slow down on giving out event gold, he prob meant his bosses here in NA. I think you're barking up the wrong tree.
-
He was specifically talking about event gold (and "certain items"), not weekly codes.
-
What about "lesser" codes like dreamchaser and profundity scrolls? If there are at least 4 items that are not on the "restricted" list, it should still be possible to continue with the weekly codes by cycling throufh the "lesser" codes every month. Then once in a while, throw in something from the "restricted" list. Just a…
-
I thought you can only do the quest once per account per level range. What would be the point of 8 lv50s on a single account? Wouldn't they have to be on different accounts for this to work?
-
How do you get the gear if its not from gear drop? Are they from a quest rewards list or some sort of token trade in or something else? Is this only for the new classes or for all classes?
-
The XP is pretty nice for the amount of time it takes to do them (just a few mins). It varies with your level. On a lv 95, its : Magic Golden Thread - 245k xp Sky Lantern Making - 81k xp Fly Lanterns - 180k xp On a lv 91, its : Magic Golden Thread - 201k xp Sky Lantern Making - 67k xp Fly Lanterns - 134k xp
