Happens to me all the time when I open packs. The comment about chaining made me think. I've made a couple of macro's with just one skill in them and replaced the original skill with them. Somehow I get a lot less misclicks now. Only have to learn the new icons... Maybe as a temp solution?

Yep, I've noticed this getting a little worse lately. Especially when my seeker wants to use unfetter or vortex it takes multiple clicks to get it working. Which can seriously ruin your day :) I've got a pretty good gaming mouse and don't have any clicking problems anywhere else so it's in the game somewhere.

I have similar problems on archosaur. Saturday I bought 90+ 50x rep badge bundles, still waiting for the orbs that were in the promo. Sunday I got the 100x wildlife pack promo, but still no s/d card and today I bought 1-star orbs but I'm guessing it's going to be a long wait for the ironguard powders too... I'll just wait…

I have the same issue on two accounts on archosaur srv. Last dq points vendored listed on 11/08 on the 2nd account, on my main account about day off. I vendor on both every day. Since this is already an issue I'll give it a day or so before I submit a ticket also.
