i have the same problem too, im lvl 13 now and i didnt get that quest and ive been doing all the quests.

a lot has been fixed in l2, you cant cast sleep on anyone with white name and it last like 10 seconds

thats true, have any of you played lineage2? it didnt have pvp or pve servers, just regular servers so you can choose to pvp or pk if you like and you can be a carebear, i think sometimes not give the plays too many choices is a good thing
