I disagree with your post that the admins show a lack of concern. They have been very helpful when I have ran into problems.

There's an option that removes all customization and makes everyone look the same with gray hair. Look in the options tab and you should be able to fix it.

Fully agree with you. +1 Light armor is only good if you are 1. A Priest 2. Mid game pvp (level 50's)

Basically it's just a user made manual patch. So far there hasn't been any fix for the actual problem. Mine still isn't working. But you're probably going to have to do the same thing for every single patch.

It would be better to let the admins figure out the problem first, otherwise we're going to have the same problem every patch. I'm keeping mine not running until they figure out the fix.

Yes but the Admins would rather like to get the problem fixed so they don't have to release a manual patch every time. I play the PH and MY versions and I've never had this problem before.
