what it is saying is if you do FSD you 10 points of each but if you do FSJ you get 10 points of Chivarly points and 20 points to kill Belle. Many factions can't open the new one because of being small. What they could have done was taken the level of the base and etc and figured out a way to convert a cost to the new base. Also convert the merit that everyone had saved up.

The 4 pm PST was only for the first day and will be for the last day all other times is at midnight. We have some players in our faction that plays daily and logs in and out daily and still hasn't received one reward. Others are getting rewards hit and miss on some toons or no toons.

Unless I read it wrong on the reward page you need to buy gold and the hours that you will be online will then count as well unless I read it wrong?

Actually one of the things for HS friends and I was talking about. we would like to see and be able to get fish for the ones of us that has ponds, lakes, maybe different animals as well. Standing on the npc's head could corupt your quest for that npc. this was brought up before.

This has been brought up before, it has something to do with the forums when they did some switching and updating it. Unless it is fixed you just can't contact just one person.
