This. If this is permanent and intentional, i'm afraid it's the last straw for me. Hate to say that because i've really enjoyed and still enjoy this game, but I can't justify continuing when there's no way to get toons started and geared without CS'g. Hoping it's just a glitch, but not holding my breath. :(

Quick note -- You can't G15 the cape and hat any longer. They took that out in a recent "update." Those now require you to get G15 with 200 lucky coins each (about 72 mil game coin to buy these on TT server atm). This almost certainly means you should find some way to get coin and buy the G16 versions of the hat and cape…
