There are pills that take you directly to 100. One for non RA, one for 1st RA, one for 2nd RA. My DQ points haven't updated since the 5th. I sent in a ticket and they basically said that all points will EVENTUALLY be updated, the DQ Rewards page is experiencing an EXTENDED delay.
