You don't pay for anything, you aren't a customer. A customer is someone who pays for goods or services. It's a F2P game, no one is going to care about your namby pamby little thread. And then to complain about a lack of pve server during the game's beta. C'mon, man, show some dignity.

You need to set your AA and AF, that's ugly. And you posted them as JPG's, even worse. Set your AA and AF in your Catalyst Control Center OR your Nvidia control center (w/e its called).

Send them a support email. They will respond to you and manually activate her account if she uses the email she registers from. Their program has issues sending out emails sometimes, I dunno why.
