  • It's not really several seconds but it's a noticeable black screen. I run dual monitors and I have PWI on one screen and youtube on the other. When I alt tab to the other monitor to select a youtube video, my PWI screen goes black and has a sort of "changing resolution" kind of look before I finally get to my youtube page.
