Can I play this game in custom window/window full screen?

So I was wondering if I could customize resolution of this game to fit as much of my 1920x1080 screen as possible without covering my task bar at the bottom. If not, is it possible to play this game in windows full screen? i.e. It is full screen but when I alt tab, I does so quickly, without having a black screen for several seconds?

    If you're running in windowed mode, you can make the size of the window any resolution you want, just drag the box edges of the window.

    As far as having a black screen for several seconds when you alt-tab.... That's going to be more related to a limitation in your computer causing a delay. I play in 1680x1050 fullscreen and alt-tab between the desktops or between two clients with hardly any delay between them.

    Unfortunately, 1080p isn't a fun resolution on my 42' TV because the text doesn't scale with the size of the client.

    It's not really several seconds but it's a noticeable black screen. I run dual monitors and I have PWI on one screen and youtube on the other. When I alt tab to the other monitor to select a youtube video, my PWI screen goes black and has a sort of "changing resolution" kind of look before I finally get to my youtube page.
