i want a pic on my faction name like i see the others have i was told i need a 16 x 16 .bmp file pic ... and my faction is lvl 3 i have made the pic and im just askin how do i get it loaded? who do i talk to?

no i demoted myself i accidently promoted him and DEmoted my self im not kicked out but im a cominisher now he has the title as the leader and the promotoin has to come from him so he quit so i need him to promote me bak to my spot as leader nad or the other one you said
