You have a good point, the most simple explanation is ppl base a players ability on their lvl. Which is very wrong of course. You could try to form a squad yourself, that way you can't be declined ;)

Its not like the frost weapons make the difference. The thins is, players need to be in the same lvl range to maximize exp. And since most ppl are over lvl 85 who do it, you should be as well. You have quite a lot of str, but not too much, you will need 272 at 90 anyway. Just keep going like this, I dont see why anyone would say your stats are messed up. Make sure you have the minimal str req for your gear (and not much more), and put the rest into dex and vit they way you seem fit. --> fail free recipe.

minimal vit build fails before lvl 90+ and even then it only works if you can afford high lvl shards and high refines. I would never put less than 60 vit on my BM.
