hi Login to arc (website or arc client) Click on your username > my account. On the left hand menu, select games and go to pwi. There it shows a link to the faction icon upload page.

Hello, i think its a bug since the new update. The NPC in the venomancer daily dungeon is missing, where you could exchange 1 feral soul star for 10.
