No characters

I just started playing PWI about 3 days ago and I gotta say, I love it. I got my character, Necromany, up to lvl 12 within 2 and a half days (this is rare for me) and I was actually quite proud of myself.

Now, while I was playing the game, something happened and the error said "Internet has crashed. Please log in again" or something along those lines. So, I exited out of the game, restarted it, and logged back in. This time, none of my characters are there. None of them.

Do I have to restart from scratch or is this something that has to be fixed? If I have to start from scratch, that'd be a total bummer, I ain't gonna lie. Help?

    Check if you have the server selected that you started on.

    I was.
    That was really weird. Left it alone for a few hours and it started to work fine again. o.o'
    Oh well, games are glitchy. xD
