if you are going to ban hiding under a catapult then you have to also ban using all class flying pets to hide under. its basically the same thing.

the afk on defense might not be against the rules but using something to hold down a button to loot will probably make it against the rules. that is using a way outside game mechanics to gain an advantage. the afk defense would depend on GM interpretation but no different than afk zhens which happen all the time.
