  • b:thanks I had the exact same issue, I ended up downloading directX 9.0.c from 3 diff websites, and even 2 patches manually, and guess what - before the 2 patches where actually downloaded I was able to get on the game, so I didn't need to download these 2 patches manually or any patches.
