patcher doesn`t work

b:thanks I had the exact same issue,

I ended up downloading directX 9.0.c from 3 diff websites, and even 2 patches manually, and guess what - before the 2 patches where actually downloaded I was able to get on the game, so I didn't need to download these 2 patches manually or any patches.

All you need to do is download directX 9.0c from the above website, save it anywhere you like, then go to
1."my computer"
2."local disc" (or whether perfect world entertainment was saved)
3."perfect world entertainment"
4."element"
5."element client" (image/pic =chinese text in orange on yellow)

And thats it, dont try the whole pressing "start" cuz that dont work, it only automatically close itself.
