Arc will not work properly on my computer. I have it installed and can sign in but unable to redeem the codes as the Arc client is to high up on the screen. I have tried this on 3 different computers all new with I-5 cpu and 8 gig of ram, 2 running Win 8 and the other running Win 7. Have the same luck on all 3 computers.…

OK it worked today. Don't know what went wrong yesterday but it did work today. It is stiill limited inside , Half of the stuff doesn't work but you can get 18 souls.

it was about 9 pm server time..I do know the times to do it. Been doing it for a few days now..

guess we just have to make do untill they decide to do something about it. it is a hassel having to land to call up a flying pet.

I tried it exactly like you said , it did not work for me. I did get the white circle but no mobs or credits. I had to go into PK mode to get anything , I do not like being forced ino PK mode when I refuse to PK.
