In regards to your Dex; unless you're planning to restat (which would be a better idea, but its not that major), i'd suggest putting an extra point in to make it 20. Every 20 dex will give you an extra 1% crit, so you'll at least gain something from those points wasted.

If i remember rightly, they sit there or fall back and use an hp drain skill when their hp's low, like some wolves and other mobs do. That's probably what it is
