Where do I go from here?

Level 41 Cleric.. been doing good so far, but I'm starting to have some issues.
Lets start with a bit of a description. I started off by basically doing what I thought I needed to do for a well balanced cleric. Then I quickly realised that I was doing it wrong. (Level 7ish) Then I read Cayeon's guide to the Full Attack Cleric. I thank him for putting so much detail into his guide, and figured that I could follow that with a little bit of a lean to the healing and make a well rounded cleric that can stand solo without any major issues. I have successfully made it to level 41 soloing almost everything except the fb's. But now it's starting to hurt. I'm having trouble keeping up with killng things and keeping my HP alive at the same time.

Obviously, I am an arcane build, here's my stats for ref.

Vitality ~ 25
Strength ~ 22
Magic ~ 154
Dexterity ~ 19

Blessing of the Purehearted ~ 5 (big mistake.. at first I was just buying all the skills I could.)
Ironheart Blessing ~ 7
Wellspring ~ 1
Revive ~ 5 (this will sit here for a while)
Purify ~ 1
Elemental Seal ~ 1
Vanguard Spirit ~ 10
Magic Shell ~ 7
Celestial Guardians Seal ~ 3
Spirits Gift ~ 3
Greater Protective Aura
Plume Shot ~ 8
Plume Shell ~ 4 (Another one of those mistakes)
Razor Feathers ~ 1 (more helpful than ppl make out when being attacked by 2 or 3 mobs a the same time)
Great Cyclone ~ 6 (should be higher but i held back to raise a couple of the buffs)
ThunderBall ~ 5 (ditto)
Sirens Kiss ~ 1
Spark Eruption

Spirit is rare, and money seems even more rare. need to raise apothecary so I can start making decent stuffand don't have to spend money on mana pots all the time. What should I focus on to keep me from dying all the time when I am soloing?

i'm not one of the wisest clerics but i can tell u dat this will always happen and it will get worse as u level up. honeslty i just socket my armor with hp gems and during battle i stack iron heart myself. my build is pretty much the same as ures except i got 33 in vit and none in dex.

I don't see anything majorly wrong with your build with the exception of Dex and the low level of your Cyclone. Now that your 40+ you should be doing your gem stone quests which will help.

As for it hurting...Play to your strengths. Don't pick on metal/fire mobs if you can help it. Don't pick on high health mobs either. Flying wood mobs that poison should be your main grind targets. Don't tank. Kite when needed.

Depending on what your end game looks like you won't regret the Plume Shell later ( PvP and TW ).

Do ALL your quests. Find a faction that you have fun with.

Mainly...max out Plume Shot, Cyclone, and Iron Heart, and any extra toss into Metal Mastery asap. Remember that you are a healer. That means toss an Iron Heart or two on yourself either before a battle or during. Iron Heart STACKS even on yourself.

    Good luck.

I'm surprised you haven't lvled wellspring, i find it to be an essensial spell. Also revive was a pointless spell to lvl since you like solo, that's usefull only for supportive clerics. Thunderball is pointless to have too, imo you have to first max your main attacking spells plume shot and great cyclone and later on start lvling the rest.

Anyways as a robe cleric you'll have problems with phy mobs and archer type ones, nothing to do about this part i guess.

Why 19 dex? That gives you exactly nothing (well, slightly improved evasion and accuracy, but they suck anyway, and you shouldn't need them).

For future, you don't need the AoE buff versions until you get the SP to spare. It's a bunch of SP and money for something you can do anyway, just taking a bit longer.

Spirit's gift should be your main focus on getting up. You live and die by your M.Att, so you want it as high as you can. The more M.Att the more you damage and the more you heal.

As regards thunderball, siren's kiss, etc, personally, I wouldn't bother till you're higher level and can afford the cost with regards to having all your other more important skills upped, such as your buffs.
Other people (*cough*FAC's*cough*) will tell you to ditch all of your buffs and just level up damage spells because OMG clerics are like better mages than mages and it's awesome getting laughed at by the entire server and being unable to get into any guilds or TT runs or zhen parties or anything.

Thunderball is helpful later on once the basics have been max'd. Toss it in first on high health mobs. When you are doing FB/TT runs and healing you can toss it on the Boss to help and you won't draw aggro to yourself.

Forgot Spirit's Gift. Absolutely essential. Yep.

Oh...and Zhen parties are a waste of charm. Just my opinion.

In regards to your Dex; unless you're planning to restat (which would be a better idea, but its not that major), i'd suggest putting an extra point in to make it 20.

Every 20 dex will give you an extra 1% crit, so you'll at least gain something from those points wasted.
