Both my Vista and XP sustems are dual core they both have windows updates automatically and are fully updated and my internet is home based cable from Roadrunner in Tampa Florida, XP will log on and shows server status, the vista system does not even if i use my neighbors Verizon service i get same issue

Well I tried it again today and it still won't connect on my vista system, so I installed it to my XP system and I was able to connect, so it does appear the issue is something to do with Vista, I've tried running it as admin, disableing all firewalls and antivirus and still I can't connect on vista

I've had the same problem all day, I posted my Tracert 6 hours ago and got the same questions about firewall and antivirus, if the tracert gets 8 hops out then it certainly isn't my connection, firewall or antivirus keeping me from signing in

did all of that the tracert shows i can get well past my IP system and then the connection dies
