You are probably gonna have to submit a ticket. I checked with faction mates and no one else has had that problem, seems something always breaks after maintenance. :/

Simply doesn't seem fair for the veteran players to not receive these rewards because they simply joined the game earlier. I'm sure most other players would agree.
