I say if u want to keep FC do the restricted level to 85+, or at least do a restriction for hypers that way they can only activate there hypers at level 85+ and not below. Yes there is alot of ways to get to level 85 besides doing FC, the only downfall to that is just going to take a bit longer by doing Quests, Bh's,…
