hmm if it's spelled exactly like that without any special characters, try checking the icon file you've submitted to see if it meets the requirements. if it does...try sending in a ticket about it and see what they have to say x_x

i got mine with chrome...so it might not be the browser problem.. some people's DQ point reward systems aren't working on all 3 browsers b:sad
