Faction Icon....-.-

So I've submitted our faction's icon about a month ago...
and we haven't had any maintenance in past few weeks
so our faction members and I thought that maybe we'll get it on next maint that actually happens.
I read somewhere before that there has to be enough icons cued in for them to apply them in game.
Well, a month period seems good enough for me to think that
there would be enough icons already submitted by many factions by now...
We finally had maint today and our icon is still not applied -.-
I checked and made sure that the icon I've submitted meets the requirements,
and it does.
Many of us are getting upset...and I've sent in a ticket so hopefully I'll hear some kind of a reason for this...

Anyone had any other loooong wait for their icon to be finally applied in game?


btw mods, this isn't "looking for help" thread, so no need to move it to that forum...
I'm just curious of if there are any other factions that had to wait for a month or longer for their icon to be applied .____.

    Patience _JuJak_, our faction (also HT) has been waiting for 2 months now. I am sure GMs will implent them when they find the time for it.

    there was an update of faction icons in this patch
    really disappointing if you're icon wasn't added...

    im sorry that your faction still doesn't have it after 2 months mochigohan2.

    i don't see our baby blue colored paw there anywhere...
    that is disappointing.
    i saw that many factions got their icons last month during a maint,
    i submitted ours 1 week before that maint.
    guess it didn't make it to the cue.
    but still...we're going 1 month, mochigohan2's is going 2 months,
    guess they're too busy with genesis patch nowadays .__.

    Does your Faction name meet the Req to have a icon ? Ie: no symbols or anything within the name.

    It took awhile for our faction to get our emblem up.

    We ended up having to send in a ticket, so perhaps your leader (Or I guess you in this case XD) should send in a ticket as well.

    i did send in a ticket and got a reply,
    looks like the 【 】<- were the problems...
    now our faction has to decide if we want to stay with no icon
    or make a new faction to move to without the brackets .____.

    Interesting, my faction NerdRage (typed just like that) hasn't gotten their icon. Its been over a month....

    I thought it would be included this go around. I hope it comes soon.

    hmm if it's spelled exactly like that without any special characters,
    try checking the icon file you've submitted to see if it meets the requirements.
    if it does...try sending in a ticket about it and see what they have to say x_x

    It took about 2 months to get our icon, and that was with a server maintenance every week, disappointment every Wednesday morning... Good luck!b:surrender
