Well my internet is really slow, but so far it seems to be working. I installed the Raging Tides version and it's updated to the Genesis launcher and is now updating to current game version.. Gonna take awhile tho, was version 229 when I downloaded it >.<

Have you tried rebooting your computer or pulling up task manager and making sure the process isn't still running?

I downloaded the patch right before servers went down last night, as soon as it finished, it auto-popped the launcher and started installing. This AM, I pull it up, launcher updates from Rising Tide to Genesis.. and the client verified. Everything looks cool, getting excited, so I hit Start.... First screen pops up, bar…

It took about 2 months to get our icon, and that was with a server maintenance every week, disappointment every Wednesday morning... Good luck!b:surrender

Ha! After 24 hours of fighting with it, it finally decided to work, just like normal. Maybe next time I'll start griping about it sooner so it'll work sooner, LOL. b:chuckle b:victory

Already tried a different browser. My main browser is firefox, which is where I get the blank white page. I absolutely hate Internet Explorer, but there I get a message saying the page may be down for maintenance.

I'm also having a problem with it. I get all the way to the page where I pick my server and character, then it goes to a blank white page. The posts show up on my facebook page, but no blessing in my mailbox.. b:sad
