Perfect World is based greatly off of Chinese Mythology. The Genies you're thinking of aren't the traditional Chinese Genies. Chinese Genies, more often than not, were males who looked like female fairies.

It's not just 36-40. You will have to grind quite a bit after you finish your quests from now on. Though quests will get you the majority of your level up until 45 (with the exception of one of those levels before than that only gets you to about 20%. I don't remember which level though.) I, myself, am 20 yrs old. Most of the people in my faction are aged 19-22. Though I do know quite a few 26+ yr olds who play, and even a few 40+s.

If you are of correct level of the aerogear that you have purchased, and of the correct race, this is how you use your aerogear: First you must equip it, then press E. There is a skill there called "Fly." It looks like a stick man with wings, you use this to board and get off your aerogear.

It would be an okay idea for them to be able to keep their boosted stats. However, I think if it were that way, their boosted stats should not be carried over into PvP in anyway. They should become just like the normal ones, to keep things on an even playing field and keep from truly OPing the Venomancer class.
