You sure it is one that says lvl 30 as some say lvl 50 and you must equip it in your inventory. It is sort of nest tot he haed in the inventory as well you must go into E and put the fly action on your bar.
Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

Besides the lvl requirement, did you buy a flying mount of YOUR race?

A little more info would be great, just wanna check to make sure that you know there is a difference between equipping and using... Just putting it on will not make you jump up on your mount, you gotta hit e and press fly :)

If you are of correct level of the aerogear that you have purchased, and of the correct race, this is how you use your aerogear: First you must equip it, then press E. There is a skill there called "Fly." It looks like a stick man with wings, you use this to board and get off your aerogear.

Best thing i ever heard...anyway i think it's the lvl 50 req(atleast hope for him)rushing it to get it from boutique can happen to get confused over the lvl if your new to game.

Or hasn't pressed the fly button to summon it seeing as though he's saying he is double clicking on it which won't do anything.

You need to put it in the aerocraft slot on your inventory screen and then bring up the actions tab and choose the fly action

yea, it is lvl 30, and it is for my class, but. thanks to the last post, i was able to see why. I hadn't pressed the Fly button. (Feeling dum right now) well, i usually don't use those skills, the ones were u can dance, sit, and those kind of things, so, yea, that's why. But thanks every one for all ur help.
