Every year I got a flu shot, I got the flu. I haven't had a flu shot in years and haven't caught the flu since. xD no point in getting it if it doesn't work.

What program are you using? If you're using photoshop, just copy the first layer when you open the lineart (since it's usually locked.) set the layer propterties to multiply, make a layer with your background color on it, and do all your colors between your background layer and your lines.

Just a tip color UNDER the line layer, not on top of it. >_> that way the lines won't get smeared.
