I did the quests and collected the necessary items to turn in for increased storage space and increased safe space etc. and guess what? There is no NPC to turn the quest in to. The NPC named doesn't exist LOL Imagine that. I guess it is strictly cash a shop purchase.

Ok, here is what to do. There is a icon to spawn to the nearest city. This icon should be on your control bar by default. Find that icon and use it. Now you can only use it once an hour but that shouldn't be a problem. I get stuck in places in the game all of the time and that is how I have to deal with it.

Yeah, it does pretty much the same thing to me too. It didn't before but it does since the new patch. Maybe it's unrelated but it seems very coincidental. Hopefully they will get it sorted out soon.
