How long does it take for PWI to approve a faction icon?
It's been 2 weeks for me and still nothing.
Yes, it's a level 3 faction and yes, the icon is 16x16 and RGB in a bitmap format.
And yes, I am the faction leader. (for now at least)
I know those questions are going to be asked.
I attempt to get answers from the forum members as my prior experience with PWI support hasn't been very good in the past.
Previous reply's from PWI support staff to me about other issues have been in broken English and generally not related to the topic I had an issue with in the first place giving the impression that they failed to understand the problem I was having.
In any case I know they won't do anything to help in any way.
So that being said, how long does it take to get my faction icon posted?

    Well, it won't get pushed till we get maintenance and a client update. And since we haven't had maintenance in a few weeks...

    Generally, they have to have enough to make pushing a batch of icons worthwhile. I'd assume that since it's been a few weeks now since we've had maint, it would probably be in the next maintenance cycle if you provided it a few weeks ago.

    (Doesn't the upload page say they won't be pushed aside from maintenance?)
