I realized gaming is taking way too much room in my life. I have decided to move on and I joined On-Line Gamers Anonymous for support. Anyone is invited to take this guide over, republish it or just use some of this info to create a new guide. Source code is available on pastebin. When a better guide is available…

best for what?

level: 80 /facepalm b:shutup

That's a good point, I'd love to hear more data on it, like comparisions. Personally I haven't raised it from level 1 and I'm not using it; I've been using Staggering Strike, Battousai and regular attacks.
-
I think the level 5 wep is an exception that has been accounted for on my guide. I reviewed the wep requirements from pwdatabase and they closely match the 5/3/2 build (give or take a couple dex points at higher levels as some weapons requirements can be a couple points off weapons of same level).

thanks for sharing, sounds pretty promising

^ that and what is this thread about anyway? b:shutup

Nice info. If you want to share your chart I can link to it from the guide.

Nice discussion. I'm trying to compile all the knowledge about seekers on a guide. So, what would be the skills to pick, and on which priority order? Let's say if one has a 5- or 6-skill genie? ⊲ Tree of Protection ⊲ Absolute Domain ⊲ Tangling Mire ⊲ Occult Ice ⊲ Cloud Eruption ⊲ Holy Path ⊲ Frenzy And this genie should be…

It depends on how much you're willing to spend on low level gear that you'll outgrow in a couple days. I am planning on adding 2 VIT every 2 levels to give me enough HP until I'm level 100, then I'll restat to whatever ammount if VIT is considered most efficient for endgame (maybe 3, or 5, or 30, who knows).
-
For the first wep you get at lv 5 you'll be a little short on str (but you recover on level 6). If you go to the spreadsheet that is linked on the guide on the first page, it has been adjusted to take that into consideration.
-
Ty for the support! b:victory Corrections and additions are welcome.
-
also make sure you're allocating your stat points (STR, DEX, VIT)
-
Nice QQ but let's please keep this post on topic.
-
Thank you for the feedback. I've updated the spreadsheet accordingly and I'll be reviewing the stats per level as people find out more about gear requirements at every level.
-
Thank you everyone for your support and your contributions to this guide. Keep them coming as you find stuff out and I'll be updating this. b:victory

I'm adding the suggested build to the guide. Ty.

I haven't played a seeker on PW China so I can't answer first hand. But hearsay is that the seeker elemental skills are based on physical damage. Let's put it this way: a seeker does not wield a magical weapon, but a physical one. So it wouldn't make sense if its damage were based on MAG or required to split between MAG…
-
Light armor BMs are saying a light armor build might apply to the seeker; in that case I'd like to know the stats an endgame sword/blade would require. As for magic, the general consensus so far seems to be that seekers won't require it because even their magic attack power is based on physical damage. I have no first-hand…

Barbs are not as dead as people say they are, and at your level you can still tank.

This expansion is online and public since Dec 8 on PW China. Seekers can equip swords, dual swords, blades and dual blades.

I'm making a guide on this thread, you're welcome to review it and to contribute: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1005482

Thank you for your support, Ace. Help me put it together as we learn how to play a seeker.

I don't plan on rushing, I want to actually enjoy getting used to how a seeker should be played. I think getting good at a class is not just about "learning", it's also about conditioning your reflexes.
-
I'm going to make a seeker and I think it'll be my new main. I love to play support as a veno, it's a very tactical class for those that aren't lazy. I have fun on my barb pulling and doing crowd control. But I think I'm ready for a change of pace and the seeker's combination of tanking ability (HA build), melee DD,…

1. Exchange US$ for Zhen at the PWI website. 2. Transfer Zhen to the game as gold (US$ 1 = 1 gold). 3. Use gold in game to buy items from boutique or sell your gold for game coins at the Auctioneer at market prices (e.g. 1 gold = 600,000 coins).

After level 20 you'll have the opportunity to squad up with more people. Add them to your friends list. At level 40 this increases, with daily BH quests. But I think the best way to start making friends in game is to join a faction. I'm sure there are several friendly factions in your server that will accept players level…
