Help with exchange for a beginner?

I am fairly new to PWI, and I have never before attempted to exchange Zen for gold, and then gold for silver. Where do I go to do this, and how do I do it?

    After purchase you can transger your GOLD to game / server.

    1000 ZENs ($10.00) = 10 GOLDs

    1 GOLD = 100 Silver

    Now you can buy items from ITEM MALL (press "O" in game) our you can change your GOLD for in-game money.

    1. Exchange US$ for Zhen at the PWI website.
    2. Transfer Zhen to the game as gold (US$ 1 = 1 gold).
    3. Use gold in game to buy items from boutique or sell your gold for game coins at the Auctioneer at market prices (e.g. 1 gold = 600,000 coins).

    You can find information on how to do this in the "Gold" entry in the wiki.

    Also, gold and silver are like dollars and cents in PWI, they're basically larger and smaller versions of the same monetary system.
