Well you can buy gold though the auction house as is. So you'd just need to buy enough gold to pay for the wedding packs. It would be quite expensive, well over the 50k I saw mentioned ,but it can be done.

Yeah if you can buy a sword or something and bash the quest mobs to get past the newbie quest. Once you do that you get a new bow that can use the arrows you bought. It's either that quest or one of the "talk to NPC X" quests you get right after that that give you a bow you can use those arrows with.

What I did was enable everything I wanted other then World chat in the Faction chat and just use that. So I can see everything I want but don't see world chat.
