Tamable mounts?

Are there any of these? and is that sting ray thing I keep seeing people slyin around on free witht he lvl 30 quest?

    The stingray is the free mount you get at lvl 30.

    There are no tamable mobs that can be ridden as a mount. It is however possible to buy a horse from ADC (Archosaur) for 2.5million.
