Level 85+ to use hypers sounds good to me. But don't cap it at 100 or something stupid like that because people still use it at that higher level.

Entirely nerfing FC won't solve anything. All this is going to cause is for people to start selling PV runs -.- The real way to fix FC is to make it 80+ and remove the glitch on the second boss. Removing that glitch would stop almost all sins and bm's from soloing FC.

Honestly, FC needs to stay in the game. It's one of the only decent ways to get from level 8x to 10x and for aps classes it's the best way to go beyond 100.
