There should be an npc (not sure of the exact name, but its near the Sage of Prophecy) in OHT that asks you to go to visit three apothecaries in Etherblade, Plume, and Lost. I can tell you, you arent alone in this situation. Tell you what. Look at the PWI map, at the very bottom left corner. Zoom in on that little village called Cromagnon Village.
